How we price
One fixed number,
before we start.
No paid discovery, no hourly billing, and no surprise invoice. You tell us what you already run and what you want covered, we work out the rest, and you get one number in writing with a not-to-exceed cap. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Nothing is quoted blind.
You tell us what you run
You tick the quote form: the tools you already use, and the surfaces you want covered. No call to book, nothing to pay, and no discovery fee. If we need one more detail we email you for it.
A fixed written quote
That turns into one number for the whole build, with a not-to-exceed cap. If we get it wrong, that is our problem, not your invoice. Only custom work is scoped separately, and it is still quoted before it starts.
Staged payments
A deposit on accepting the quote, the balance on handover when the logins, files and a walkthrough are yours. Bigger builds are phased, each phase its own small step, so you are never far out of pocket ahead of the work.
Finding the gaps is part of the quote.
Most people tick the things they already know about. The useful part of a quote is the two lines you did not think to ask for, and the three you asked for that you do not need.
What is missing
The gap nobody mentioned. Usually the boring one: a backup, a follow-up, a receipt that never reaches the books.
What you can drop
Tools you pay for twice, or a surface you asked for that your business does not need yet.
What order to do it in
Phased, so the first bit pays for the next instead of one large bill up front.
What it costs to run
Your monthly tool costs alongside ours, so you can see the real difference rather than our slice of it.
The running costs, shown up front.
Most quotes hide the running costs. Yours will not. The quote sets out what we charge once, what your tools cost every month, and what you already pay today.
Your tools stay yours
Xero, Square and the like are paid by you, directly to each vendor, at their price. We add no markup, we take no commission, and we hold none of your logins.
We right-size it
We will tell you when the cheaper setup is the right one, and when you do not need the fancy version at all. Concluding that a shared calendar and Xero is the whole answer is a good outcome, not a lost sale.
No lock-in
Care plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Every login, file and line of code transfers at handover. Leaving costs you nothing.
We set up and connect the software. Your accountant owns the numbers.
Two things that cost nothing.
The 20-question check
Twenty plain statements about how a small business runs. Tick what sounds like you and get a read on where your week is going. No email needed and nothing to book.
