A fixed-fee sit-down. We map where work comes in, how it moves to done, where money is tracked, which tools you half-use, and where the hours leak. You leave with a one-page plan: your three to five biggest leaks ranked, a right-sized stack with the payback maths, and a phased roadmap. Prefer not to book a call? Do it async and we send the plan back within three business days.
We right-size it
The simplest setup that clears the job. Concluding that a shared calendar and Xero is the whole answer is a good outcome, not a lost sale. A fixed price on everything we can productise. Only custom work is quoted separately, and it is still quoted before it starts.
We set up, wire and automate it
On a house stack you own, off-the-shelf by default. Custom code only when nothing off-the-shelf fits, and anything specialist goes to a specialist we brief.
We hand over the keys and train you
A credentials handover, a short walkthrough, and a one-page cheat sheet. You own every login, file and line of code. Leaving costs nothing.
Grow the next bit when you are ready
